Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Statesboro Blue Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth. Next, fold in the shredded chicken and Statesboro Blue Cheese Crumbles until everything is well-mixed.
Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish (like an 8x8-inch or a small casserole dish).
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and more Statesboro Blue Cheese Crumbles if desired.
Serve warm with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and tortilla chips for dipping.
