Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Blue CheeseBrussel Sprouts Statesboro



Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Trim and split the Brussel sprouts. Place into a large bowl.

Mix Brussel sprouts with olive oil, diced onions, and bacon.

Stir in melted butter, herbs, and salt and pepper. 

Place in a greased pan and roast for 35-40 minutes.

Periodically check and turn with spatula. Outside should be crispy when ready.
